Regulation 6 Amendment to regulation 10

In regulation 10—

(a)

after paragraph (4), insert—

“or

(4A)

subject to any extension to the duration of certification by type under regulation 10A, after the number of years specified for that type of meter in column 7 of the Table in Schedule 4A have passed since the meter was first certified for the purpose of the Act.”;

(b)

omit paragraphs (5) and (6).
