Made 15th April 1989
Laid before Parliament 27th April 1989
Coming into force 1st June 1989
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 50A(4) of the Schedule to the Electric Lighting (Clauses) Act 1899 as incorporated with the Electricity Act 1947, hereby makes the following Regulations:
