  "long_title": "These Regulations set out the procedure for enabling meters used for the purpose of measuring the quantity of electricity supplied to customers to be certified. They continue, with modifications, the provisions relating to certification contained in the Electric Lighting (Clauses) Act 1899, the Electricity Supply (Meters) Act 1936 (c. 20) and the Electricity Act 1957 (c. 48) (which provisions are repealed on 31st March 1990, the date when these Regulations come into force).",
