  "text": "ELECTRICITY\nMade 29th March 1990\nComing into force 31st March 1990\nThe Director General of Electricity Supply in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 31 and 60 of, and paragraphs 5 and 13 of Schedule 7 to, the Electricity Act 1989 and of all other enabling powers, and with the consent of the Secretary of State in accordance with paragraph 13 of Schedule 7 to that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:–",
