  "text": "In the case of a meter intended for use and tested with a transformer or transformers, the following additional information shall be included in the report–\n(1) the make, output rating, serial number and classification of each transformer to be used with the meter;\n(2) for a polyphase meter, the phase to which each transformer was connected;\n(3) particulars and electrical burdens of any other meter, instrument or external attachments that are to be used in conjunction with a transformer operated meter.",
