The Director General of Electricity Supply, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 31 and 60 of, and paragraphs 5 and 13 of Schedule 7 to, the Electricity Act 1989, and with the consent of the Secretary of State in accordance with paragraph 13 of Schedule 7 to the Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:—;
