  "text": "A meter is certified for the purpose of the Act where—\n(a) either—\n(i) a certificate in respect of that meter was issued by a meter examiner or authorised examiner in accordance with regulation 7 or regulation 9; or\n(ii) the meter was certified in accordance with the Act immediately before the coming into force of these Regulations; and\n(b) the meter is of a type described in columns 1 to 6 of the Table in Schedule 4A.",
