  "text": "In a report for a transformer, the following information—\n(1) the name and address of the manufacturing unit or the repair unit where the transformer was examined and tested;\n(2) the make and type of the transformer;\n(3) the nominal frequency if other than 50Hz;\n(4) the marked current or voltage ratio of the transformer and the working or maximum permissible burden that can be connected to the transformer; and\n(5) the serial number of the transformer.",
