  "text": "(1) Every meter shall be tested at each of the loads specified in table 2.\n(2) The ratio errors shall be determined for voltage transformers intended for use with meters but not tested with a meter.\n(3) Current transformers intended for use with meters but not tested with a meter shall be tested from 5 per cent. to 120 per cent. of rated current.",
