Regulation 14 Classes of methylated spirits
(1)
Spirits may be mixed with denaturants, markers and dyes in order to make the following classes of methylated spirits—
(a)
industrial methylated spirits;
(b)
mineralised methylated spirits; and
(c)
denatured ethanol.
(2)
A methylator shall ensure that the mixture of spirits with denaturants, markers and dyes is carried out in accordance with regulation 15 below.
