Regulation 8 Storage of denaturant

(1)

A methylator shall ensure that all denaturants received into his premises approved for their storage are placed immediately in the proper vats or other receptacles which are to be secured in such manner as the proper officer may direct.

(2)

A methylator shall ensure that all denaturants in his approved premises shall be dealt with in such manner as the proper officer may direct.
