Wood Naphtha Wood Naphtha

The wood naphtha must, to the satisfaction of the Commissioners, possess such properties as to render a mixture of one part of the naphtha with nineteen parts of spirits of wine unfit for use as a beverage.

The wood naphtha must contain not less than 72 per cent by volume of methyl alcohol.
