# Metropolitan Commons Act 1878, Section 3: Extension of certain provisions of 39 & 40 Vict. c. 56.


Section 30 of the Commons Act 1876 shall, after the passing of this Act, apply to metropolitan commons within the meaning of the Metropolitan Commons Acts of 1866 and 1869.
