Made 8th March 1994
Laid before Parliament 8th March 1994
Coming into force 1st April 1994
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred on her by section 126(4) of, and paragraphs 12 and 16 of Schedule 5 to, the National Health Service Act 1977 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
