# The Mid Kent Water (Constitution and Regulation) Order 1990, Article 4: Consequential provision


The provisions of the Mid Kent Water Acts and Orders 1888 to 1985 referred to in Schedule 2 hereto are repealed to the extent indicated in that Schedule with effect from 30th November 1990.
