  "text": "Such gates shall be made conspicuous by being periodically painted white and shall be provided with reflectorised red targets, and in the event of rail movements taking place during the hours of darkness the Trust shall cause lamps to be placed on the gates and arrange for such lamps to be lit and maintained.",
