  "text": "Local Government, Wales\nMade 17 March 2021\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1(2) and (3)\nThe Welsh Ministers make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 74, 83 and 174 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021.\nThe requirements of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 (relating to consultation) have been satisfied.\nA draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of Senedd Cymru in accordance with section 174(4) and (5)(i) and (k) of that Act.",
