# The Middlesbrough Development Corporation (Functions) Order 2023, Article 4: Additional functions conferred on the Corporation


In relation to the development area the Corporation has the functions conferred by the provisions of the 1990 Act and the Listed Buildings Act specified in Part 1 of Schedule 29 to the 1980 Act.
