# The Middlesbrough Development Corporation (Functions) Order 2023, Article 6: Modification of the 1990 Act and the Listed Buildings Act


The provisions of the 1990 Act and the Listed Buildings Act specified in Part 2 of Schedule 29 to the 1980 Act have effect in relation to the Corporation and to the development area with the modifications specified in that Part.
