  "long_title": "This Order amends the establishment order of the Middlesbrough Primary Care Trust (“the trust”). The trust is a Primary Care Trust established under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977. This Order substitutes a new Schedule for the Schedule to the establishment order, to reduce the area of the trust so that it covers the county of Middlesbrough. The areas which are no longer covered by the trust are to be covered by the Redcar and Cleveland Primary Care Trust, which is to be established on 1st October 2006 by S.I. 2006/2072.",
