  "text": "(1) Subsection (1) of section 9 (requirements applicable to tramways) of the Midland Metro Act 1989, including that provision as applied by any of the other Midland Metro Acts specified in paragraph (2), shall cease to have effect.\n(2) The other Midland Metro Acts specified are:\nThe Midland Metro Act 1992;\nThe Midland Metro (No.2) Act 1992;\nThe Midland Metro Act 1993; and\nThe Midland Metro (No.2) Act 1993.",
