# The Midland Metro (Wolverhampton City Centre Extension) Order 2016, Paragraph 11: Lighting

Extent: E+W

The Authority must provide and maintain at its own expense in the vicinity of the specified or protective works such temporary lighting and such signal lights for the control of navigation as the engineer may reasonably require during the construction or failure of the specified or protective works.
