  "text": "The Milford Port Health Authority Order 1991 is amended as follows:\n(a) in the Schedule, under the heading “The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 (c. 22) ”, for the words—\n“\nPart I\nAdministrative and financial provisions\nPart II (except sections 11 and 12, 21 to 23 and 39 to 42)\nControl of disease\nSection 47\nRegulations about dead bodies\nSection 48\nRemoval of body to mortuary or for immediate burial\nSection 54\nInstruction about health and disease\nSection 56\nTents vans sheds and similar structures\n”\nsubstitute the following—\n“\nSection 45M and all functions conferred under the Health Protection (Part 2A Orders) (Wales) Regulations 2010\nLocal authority power to apply to a Justice of the Peace for an order to protect human health from risk of infection or contamination\nSection 46\nBurial and cremation\nSection 48\nRemoval of body to mortuary or for immediate burial\n”\nand\n(b) at the end of the Schedule, add—\n“\nHealth Protection (Local Authority Powers) (Wales) Regulations 2010\nRegulation 2\nRequirement to keep a child away from school\nRegulation 3\nRequirement to provide details of children attending school\nRegulation 4\nDisinfection or decontamination of things on request of owner\nRegulation 5\nDisinfection or decontamination of things on request of person with custody or control\nRegulation 6\nDisinfection or decontamination of premises on request of the owner\nRegulation 7\nDisinfection or decontamination of premises on request of tenant\nRegulation 8\nRequests for co-operation for health protection purposes\nRegulation 9\nRestriction of contact with dead bodies\nRegulation 10\nRestriction of access to dead bodies\nRegulation 11\nRelocation of dead bodies\n”",
