  "text": "In relation to a footpath crossing or near to land leased under this Act, the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 shall have effect as if in subsection one of section sixty-eight thereof (power of roads authorities to stop up roads by order) there were added to the grounds for stopping up a road the ground that the road crosses or runs inconveniently or dangerously near to such land. In this section “footpath”has the same meaning as in the said Act of 1984.",
