# The Milk Development Council (Amendment) Order 2000, Article 3: Amendment of the Milk Development Council Order 1995


In article 9 (charges for expenses), in paragraph (1), for the words “ (not exceeding 0.05 pence per litre)” there shall be substituted the words “ (not exceeding the sum, exclusive of any Value Added Tax that may be payable thereon, of 0.08 pence per litre)”.
