Regulation 22 Revocation and savings

Any licence to use a special designation granted under the Milk (Special Designation) Regulations 1988^f1 and in force immediately before the coming into force of these Regulations shall continue in force and have effect as if it had been granted under and subject to the provisions of these Regulations.

The Milk (Special Designation) Regulations 1988 are revoked.
