  "text": "Subject to the provisions of these Regulations, the holder of the licence shall not for the purpose of the sale or advertisement of the milk to which the licence applies refer to it by any such description (other than the special designation authorised by the licence) as is likely to suggest that it is tested, approved or graded by any competent person.",
