Paragraph 4 C. Conditions applicable to producers' licences and untreated milk distributors' licences

When milk is sold in containers to consumers—

(a)

every such container shall be of a type approved by the licensing authority, and be closed and fastened in a manner satisfactory to that authority;

(b)

every such container of milk shall be marked or labelled with the particulars specified in Schedule 6 unless the milk is intended for export to any place outside the United Kingdom.
