Coming into force 16th November 1988
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 3 and 6 of the Milk and Dairies (Amendment) Act 1922(), and now vested in him(), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
