  "long_title": "This Order which applies only to Scotland further amends the Milk (Special Designations) (Scotland) Order 1988 as previously amended by the Food Safety Act 1990 (Consequential Modifications) (Scotland) Order 1990. By virtue of article 22 of that Order, restrictions on the sale of milk without correct use of a special designation and on use of a special designation without a licence authorising such use, previously in the Milk (Special Designations) Act 1949 (c. 34), were inserted in the 1988 Order but the provision for offence(s) of breach of those restrictions was omitted. This Order inserts the offence provision.",
