  "text": "The Milk (Special Designations) (Scotland) Order 1988() shall have effect subject to the following amendments:—\n(a) after article 2A(5) there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—\n“(6) If any person contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this article he shall be guilty of an offence.”; and\n(b) after article 2B(3) there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—\n“(4) If any person contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this article he shall be guilty of an offence.”.",
