# The Milk (Special Designations) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1992, Article 2: Amendment of the Milk (Special Designations) (Scotland) Order 1988


The Milk (Special Designations) (Scotland) Order 1988() shall have effect subject to the following amendments:—
(a) after article 2A(5) there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—
“(6) If any person contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this article he shall be guilty of an offence.”; and
(b) after article 2B(3) there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—
“(4) If any person contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this article he shall be guilty of an offence.”.
