  "text": "Nothing in this Order shall authorise a local authority to whom an application for the grant of a dealer’s supplementary licence is made, or who have granted such a licence, to exercise outwith their own area any powers conferred on them by any enactment relating to milk and dairies or any order (including this Order) or regulations made thereunder.",
