  "text": "(1) Proceedings taken in connection with appeals, and other things done, in relation to a licence granted under the Milk (Special Designations) (Scotland) Order 1980 and not completed before this Order comes into force may be continued under the corresponding provisions of this Order.\n(2) Any licence to use a special designation granted under the Milk (Special Designations) (Scotland) Order 1980 and in force immediately before the coming into force of this Order shall continue in force and have effect as if it had been granted under and subject to the provisions of this Order.",
