Article 9 Conditions applying to licences

(1)

Every licence to use the special designation “Pasteurised” shall be subject to such of the following conditions as are applicable:—

(a)

the general conditions set out in Schedule 1;

(b)

the special conditions set out in Schedule 2.

(2)

Every licence to use the special designation “Sterilised” shall be subject to such of the following conditions as are applicable:—

(a)

the general conditions set out in Schedule 1;

(b)

the special conditions set out in Schedule 3.

(3)

Every licence to use the special designation “Ultra Heat Treated” shall be subject to such of the following conditions as are applicable:—

(a)

the general conditions set out in Schedule 1;

(b)

the special conditions set out in Schedule 4.
