# The Millbrook Gas Fired Generating Station Order 2019, Article 43: Low Level Restoration Scheme

Extent: E+W+S

Insofar as compliance with any article of this Order or any requirement in Schedule 2 (requirements) prevents the undertaker from complying with any condition contained in the planning permission granted under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the low level restoration scheme for Rookery South Pit (reference number BC/CM/2000/8), the undertaker shall not be in breach of that condition.
