  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2) and article 7 (consent to transfer benefit of the Order), the provisions of this Order have effect solely for the benefit of Millbrook Power Limited.\n(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to—\n(a) numbered works 5, 6 and 7 for which development consent is granted by this Order for the benefit of Millbrook Power Limited and National Grid Electricity; and\n(b) numbered works 3A for which development consent is granted by this Order for the benefit of Millbrook Power Limited and National Grid Gas.",
