# The Millbrook Gas Fired Generating Station Order 2019, Paragraph 58: Co-operation during construction

Extent: E+W+S

The undertaker shall not submit written details for numbered work 2A for approval to the relevant planning authorities in accordance with requirement 5(2) (highway access) without first obtaining the written consent of Covanta in respect of the route, siting and location of numbered work 2A.
