  "text": "Insofar as the construction of the Millbrook authorised development is or may be undertaken concurrently with the Rookery authorised development, the undertaker shall—\n(a) co-operate with Covanta with a view to ensuring—\n(i) the co-ordination of construction programming and the carrying out of works; and\n(ii) that access for the purposes of constructing the respective authorised developments is maintained for the undertaker and Covanta and their respective contractors.\n(b) use reasonable endeavours to avoid any conflict arising between the carrying out of the respective authorised developments.",
