# The Millbrook Gas Fired Generating Station Order 2019, Paragraph 64

Extent: E+W+S

For the protection of Network Rail as referred to in this part of this Schedule the following provisions shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and Network Rail, have effect.
