# The Millennium Commission (Reduction in Membership) Order 2003, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order reduces the total number of members to be appointed to the Millennium Commission (established under section 40 of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993) from nine to eight.
