Section IV Only Eleven Trustees at one Time, Lord of Manor of Minehead to be one.

Provided always and be it enacted by the Authority aforesaid That there shall not be more then Eleven Trustees at any one Time and that the Lord of the Mannor for the Time being of the Mannor of Minehead shall be always One of the said Trustees
