# Minehead Harbour Act 1700, Section XV: Proviso for Securities upon the Duties of the said Act.


Provided always That nothing herein contained shall extend to take away or prejudice any Security given upon the Duties arising by the said late Act to any Person who hath lent or advanced any Sum of Money thereupon
