Section XVI Quarter Sessions to give Order for due Repair of the said Highways.

And it is further enacted That the said Justices of X1the Peace shall give such Orders and Directions touching the Premisses that the said Highways may be effectually repaired within the Time limitted by the said late Act of Parliament.
