Laid before Parliament 26th August 1971
Coming into Operation 1st October 1971
The Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under section 6(2) of the Mines and Quarries (Tips) Act 1969 and all other powers in that behalf enabling him hereby makes the following rules:—
