  "text": "The mine operator must ensure that—\n(a) danger areas are clearly identified;\n(b) there is a suitable barrier or enclosure to prevent, so far as is reasonably practicable, inadvertent entry by any unauthorised person to a danger area; and\n(c) where any person is authorised to enter the danger area, appropriate measures are taken to protect that person’s health and safety.",
