  "text": "In the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989—\n(a) in regulation 3(1)—\n(i) for sub-paragraph (b)(i), substitute—\n“(i) mine operator, in relation to a mine within the meaning of regulation 3 of the Mines Regulations 2014, and”; and\n(ii) for “of which he is the manager” substitute “of which he is the mine operator”;\n(b) after regulation 3(2), insert—\n“(3) In this regulation, “mine operator” has the meaning given by regulation 2(1) of the Mines Regulations 2014.”;\n(c) in regulation 29, for “15, 16 or 25” substitute “15 or 16”.",
