# Mines (Working Facilities And Support) Act 1966, Paragraph 1

In section 3 of the Petroleum (Production) Act 1934—
(a) the reference to Part I of the Mines (Working Facilities and Support) Act 1923 as amended is a reference to this Act,
(b) the reference to subsections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Act of 1923 is a reference to section 2(1) of this Act.
