  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations are concerned with the Mineworkers' Pension Scheme which was established under regulations made under section 37 of the Coal Industry Nationalisation Act 1946.\nThese Regulations—\n(a) continue the Scheme in force notwithstanding the repeal by the Coal Industry Act 1994 of section 37 of the Coal Industry Nationalisation Act 1946 and of the enactments modifying that section; and\n(b) modify the Scheme in accordance with paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to the Coal Industry Act 1994.",
