  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations increase the fee for a permit granted under section 19 of the Transport Act 1985 in respect of the use of a large bus from £17 to £19 (an increase of 11.8%) and in respect of the use of a small bus from £9 to £10 (an increase of 11.1%). The fees were last increased on 1st October 2004.\nA full regulatory impact assessment of the effect that this instrument will have on the costs of business is available from the DVO Policy Unit of the Department for Transport, Zone 5/20, Southside, 105 Victoria Street, London SW1P 4DR. The regulatory impact assessment may also be accessed at the Office of Public Sector Information website at www.opsi.gov.uk.",
